An ancient golf course in the middle of Bournemouth,
Queens has played host to such greats as Bobby Locke, Henry
Cotton and Severiano Ballesteros.
Although some restructuring, due to the bypass,
means players like these now seldom visit the club, there remains
a distinct sense of history, as well as a very mature and challenging
course, where management of the game takes the driving seat
over power play.
During the summer months, Queens is truly one
of the great courses in the south of England, and certainly
worth the green fee! |
